This Central Team will cross-cut multiple focus areas including the use of building codes for new buildings as well as existing buildings. Some elements handled by the team are linked to NZEB definitions and the development of these as well before and after the revision of the EPBD directive. Elements on indoor air quality, ventilation and other technical building system requirements will be part of the work in connection to the respective teams on new and existing buildings. Demands handled in this team will cover overall performance as well as individual component requirements for both building parts and systems. Finally, the team will be responsible for electric mobility requirements although some of this work is expected to be carried out by or in collaboration with a topic leader.
